Assessing your current health situation and future risks allow you to apply your knowledge to making smart decisions to protect your health. Many factors can impact your body and affect your risk of developing a serious disease over your lifetime. From your infancy through childhood, adolescence, adulthood, and into your golden years, where you live, what you do for work, what you eat, and how you spend your leisure time can increase or decrease those risks. Your genes can influence or set the stage for the diseases you might eventually develop, but you can change your fate by understanding and lowering some risks.
This scoring system is to help you understand whether you are at low risk (Green Zone), moderate risk (Yellow Zone) or high risk (Red Zone) to help you understand your risks for diseases as well as mortality. Answer to the best of your ability. We are here to support you on your journey to optimal health!
